I am new here -- just discovered this place. I say... Thank you! What a great resource. So much information!

Viewing the info on this site, I am struck by a stunning revelation.

I am terribly awkward with women. But I am awesome at job interviews, and I know it. I am smooth, comfortable, and confident. I've gotten jobs that people with 10x my credentials couldn't get. Jobs where hundreds of very intelligent, very impressive people are applying for *1* spot. For me, it's all about getting the interview... because if I get the interview, I get the job. And I know it.

It's all about mindset. After failing many times, my mindset changed. I stopped interviewing to win the job. That's the road to failure. Now, I interview knowing that I already have the job. I go in knowing, to my very core, that they want me. The only question is do I want them. I don't act cocky, but I am confident, and I ask lots of questions. I interview them. It works.

And it's not an act. I don't pretend I already have the job. I know I have it. It's the difference between acting cocky and being a pleasant, comfortable person.

...and never, ever... not even once... has it occurred to me to apply this mindset to meeting women. The concept of "inner game" wasn't even on my radar.

So thank you. I know this one simple discovery will make a difference. Thank you!!
