I have this problem that's bugging me.

Now, I've used the search system but I couldn't find the answer.

The question is about wings.
What is wing supposed to do besides entertaining the group once you isolate the target?
Ok, DHVs for you, but how?
And the rest of the conversation, is he supposed just to stand there and be silent?
Should he act an AFC? Or be another alpha?

I'm really sorry, but I had to ask this. Oh, well...

Basically what a wing does is act as another PUA friend and by showing that he is cool too, that DHVs for you, but he tries his best not to attract your target, while keeping the rest of the group occupied. Now your wing can help you DHV in many different ways. He can tell stories about how amazing you are, he can help you to tell stories by saying something from time to time and the right moments, he can make you look good just by association, or if there is only one HB in the group and that is YOUR target, then you can neg him in ways that will not make you look like a dick, but will make you look funny and more alpha.

Like last night I was shopping with one of my wings and I went to buy some necklaces and my wing said something about how glad he was to be starting work tomorrow so he would finally have some money. I said something along the lines of, "Its so cute how excited he is over his first job" *smile at the cashier while she giggles* "Although I'm kind of excited to be paid back and not have to support him so much anymore!" This raised my value because I show that I have the money to support him and that I am a nice supportive person, with a sense of humour, while also taking him out of the running. You don't want to be negging your wing when there are multiple target groups, cause then your wing can't try to work on a secondary target.

Also last weekend I was winging on my friends and he was in a gorup set, but it was clear this girl wanted him... so as i occupied the other girl and gay friend... I said to his target, hey did you give my boy your number yet?

my friend is a lil shy when it comes to closing, but this sealed the deal for him... he got the digits, then we left shortly after before the gay friend tried hitting on me...

AFC, you should've looked it up anywhere really, is:

"Average Frustrated Chump. A "nice guy". A guy who has no pick up skills and rarely manages to close a target pick up. Also a guy who tends to supplicate in his behavior to HBs. Meaning, buying flowers for a chick when going out for coffee, putting her on a pedestal, and generally letting women walk all over him in the vein hope of somehow being seen as attractive in their eyes. A common term used for AFCs that have seen the error of their ways but not yet gained PUA skills is RACF (Recovering AFC)."

Heh, I was a member of that site for a couple weeks way back at the start of the year, then I stopped working on becoming an AFC, but I couldn't remember what site it was anymore. I think I like this one much better though.
