Also, is there a specific type of girl you go for, or will any type work?

Ok lets see ive been in pick up almost 3 months now.

On my 3rd week i got laid through pick-up. And since then atleast 1 a week minimum. But im 18 and I live in asia where im only really intrested in the foreign women. Small target pool.

I really encourage you to get into it. It hasnt only made me better with women, but it has expanded me sooo much. Ive met the most amazing and intresting people in pick-up, men and women. I am at home in any night club or bar.

I know how to deal with almost any social situation. And I have almost total confidence that ive opened women more than twice my age and kept the dominant frame.

I am aware of how any social/human interaction works i can tell whos got the power in a conversation or who is real/fake. I can tell whos the weaker one ALWAYS by analyising who seeks validation from who etc.

I never get borred when im out these days, i even sarge when my mom takes me grocery shopping (oh-yes).

So id say, yeah its worth it buddy...

Just make sure u read everything before you start posting stupid questions like 'Is this a good opener...'

cus i realise not alot of newbs know but rehearsed openers are already 2-3 years old and are almost the new pick-up lines. One tip, learn to make up everything on the spot, instead of rehearsing stuff.

Typical sucess rate for a true PUA:

It's totally random,and depends on the situation.

Some days,you can open 6 different sets,get 5 #closes,and take home 1 girl to fuck.

Other days,4 different women catch you using a canned opener,and then the whole venue knows about it,and you look,and feel,like a douche.

On most days,you get an equal number of rejections and victories.

A true PUA does not base his success on his batting average.Rather,it is based on HOW you react to your batting average.

So in closing,percentage of success is random.A positive reaction to ANY outcome,is where progress is made.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I think so, from the perspective of someone who's pretty new to the game. Seems as though with guys out there like that, who can have any girl they want, it's pretty hard to find someone to trust. And that's a big issue with me and relationships.

As far as the dating field goes...I'm pretty miserable with that, too, so I don't know.

Well,for one thing,you've demonstrated you have a desire to learn more,and aspire.

As for what you said,I understand where you come from.People these days are dishonorable little shits.They'll backstab you and steal a girl you're talking to while your back's turned.They'll cheat you out of your money.Women will fuck with your emotions,and constantly test you.

That's how it is.Fortunately,there is a way around it.

By learning pick-up,it wont only help you become more successful with women,but you'll also discover that the techniques here will benefit you in the long run.

Trust me man,this stuff works.It runs on fundamentals established as early as the prehistoric era,that still run today,even though the times have changed.

Don't be intimidated by anyone, certainly not just because they can get girls easier than you. Thats not logical, and will in no way help you.

Okay. First I want you to realize something. Mystery can get almost any girl he flirts with. But where does he do this? In clubs. If the girl has a man and is out without him, one can assume it's not going to well. I don't easily trust girls either but if you find one you like don't let that discourage you. The types of girls that go to clubs are the types that cheat. If your into one girl at a time, sarge in venues other than clubs and bars.

Now this is starting to get interesting. But I would agree with that broad generalization, myself, that women who go into clubs and get drunk without their boyfriend around are generally asking for trouble. It may be a generalization, but it's one that's stood the test of time.

Is it more likely that you will meet a girl who is not interested in an exclusive relationship at a bar or club venue? Absolutely.

Is it definite? No.

The only two girls that I ever got truly serious with, I met at a bar and a nightclub. And they were two of the most genuine, caring, intelligent, and loyal people I've ever encountered. So don't rule out certain venues because you are having trouble trusting women at this point in your life.
