so this blond HB said i was rediculous, after messing with her, negging her, what not through text. she showed some IOI's in the convo, and i used the "this is why we can never hang out, bc i can't read you"
but then said "fyi, you're just rediculous" now i'm pretty sure it's lose, i was just experimenting. should i just let it go? or say something to knock her off her feet a bit? playfully, of course. suggustions would be much appreciated -Rye

When she says "I cant read you",that means she's thinking about you,which means you're doing a good job.

The problem problem with convos in text, is that you cant read tone or body language or sarcasm etc. So it sounds to me as said that she is interested and she may be testing you to.

she definitely likes you dude and one of the reasons is because she can't figure you out. keep it that way until you close her as that's what's enticing her. take it a step farther and either take her out or to a party because "it's the last chance she has to read you". if she's as she seems she is she'll start pursuing you and you won't have to worry about a damn thing
