I don't get time off until next summer (3 months) and I want to make it count. I want to do a workshop (or maybe even two if I have the money). I want the most intense experience possible. Puatraining.com offers a one week residential course of 80 hours of personal training. Any of you guys done this? Or any workshops/bootcamps? Or know anyone who did one? What did you think? Do you think I should do it?

God bless you if you can actually afford it(Really, the next best thing besides work and effort is a workshop...IF you have the cash).

Try googling the names of gurus.Maybe try an up-front taste of David D.Try and contact Steve P and Hypnotica.See if BadBoy Lifestyle has some workshops open.

Hope you make the purchase and commitment. That'll be awsome!
