How do you open when....?

Hey Guys..Quick question.
Let's say you are walking and you are passing a beautiful girl, make good eye contact, she smiles or it's pretty obvious she likes you...What are the best openers you know for this kind fo situation..? Please give what you know best... :) Thanks!
So what I want to know pretty much is how do you open a passing girl in the best way?

This is what i would probably do, approach her directly with an opener a long the line of "are you a drug dealer? cause you're DOPE!" (she'll probably smile or laugh, this has been field tested) then go on to say "but seriously me and my friend been arguing all night about....." Ask her an opinion question and take it from there.

you can use maybe this:

Excuse me , hey, you are really not polite you know, you watch at me, you smile at me but you don't introduce yourself? shame on you ;) ( say it on a playfull way with a smile :) ) and than just talk and number close.

I dont normally do this, but I think you're really cute, and I would have been kicking myself later on if I didn't come and talk to you! She'll most likely say thank you, as she does, body rock as if you are about to walk away, then stack forward!
