Dont know her that well trying to build some comfort. Were both in the same social circle and I got her number from a friend. Been talking to her and she seems into me but she dumped another guy I know cause she said he seemed desperate.

In my texting experience, I'd say a 1:1 ratio seems to work well.

1:1 is essentially a basic conversation, if they don't respond to my last I'll just resend it in case it got lost on the way.. but that's it. If they don't reply convo over, wait for another day or for them to text back with their excuse. :P

Too much and they feel overwhelmed, too little they feel ignored. xD Girls are silly.

text as much as she does, if you start the text one day let her start the text the next, unless you really want to get in contact with her then send her a funny text to open up with, but i think you have a good 2-3 times to start the text before it begins to look needy
