So Being Cocky and Funny, is fun, and easy, and WORKS...

problem for me right now is.. i'm just learning, and i'm not sure how to transition this and regular talk together.

So I get a girl interested, and then it just seems like I am going over the top with all this cocky and funny... how do you, after a while, just tone it down, bring in regular convo, without seeming like the whole C+F was an act, but still keep that edge..

Seems hard... at first anyways

try to ask a general question about her life or something interesting, anything you can think of. then respond with your own answer, throw in cocky and funny in your answer.

in general, dont bring about a normal conversation in an energetic place like a club, try to keep up the energy and the C&F

I always stay with the cocky funny stuff the first time I meet them. Obviously don't go over the top, but that way when you leave with a #-close you can save the regular conversation for the next time or place you see them. This always works best if you can bounce from a club to a lounge or cafe in the same night(C+F at the club, a lil more personal at the quiet place), but that's not always possible.

If you're trying to do this all at a club in preperation for a one-nighter let her guide the conversation. Keep your cocky funny stuff in your repetoire, but if she's going onto more personal topics she's obviously into you and you should match her statements (Oh you went to University of drunkity-drunk? I went to drinkity-drank, etc.). But it's awful tough to get all personal in a club with six thousand megatons of hip-hop is blasting in your ear...

when you first start with the C + F just keep it up because you're going to fail at one point so you might as well learn quicker. always keep the cocky and funny part but generally sarcastic is a good medium. for instance a good line when you get into where you're from.. if they're from BFE say like montana your immediate response is "i'm sorry". this is a foolproof test for testing sense of humor even if they're from LA or NYC.

Also, if you can tell they're more the fun and feisty type and have them laughing you can even pull of saying "if i get too cocky/sarcastic feel free to give me a light slap to set me straight" if they do then it's an easy close from that point out.. careful with this one though cause if you dont' use it properly it'll backfire bigtime

You'll learn to get to a good medium though just by reading their body language. I hope this helps

I found that cocky/funny negs work great, i would keep my conversations
40% feedback to what they are saying (girls love to talk
30% you taking (stories, fluff, whatever)
30% negs (these for me count as cocky funny)
This is after you get to a real conversation not intrductions and such

I wouldn't really sweat the actual number they are aproximate and different if situation call for it. you will know when its apropriate by using common sense don't even think about what a book or something told you use your animal and social instincts tell you when to do what
