I was going to go to play pool with my freind today and i was thinking on the train hmmm if we played pool and there was actually a chance two girls were to play at a table by themselves (highly unlikely i think),

me- hey there, me and my freind just finished our game and well couldnt help but notice, well he didnt want to say anything but i had to come over here and tell you,

hb- tell us what (shes probably thinking one of us has a crush on her)

me- well you guys play horrible, and to think me and my freind were thinking of hustling you guys in a game, it would even make us feel bad.

and you just open like that and get a game with them and lots of kino while you show her this and that blah blah

i fucking love it, i'd try that right now. wait until friday thats my go have fun night. i'll try it. its good, I dont see how a girl could possibly turn down such humor and confidence and cockiness its got fuckin everything.

It's alright, but not amazing...

It would work well, but the chances of two HB's by themselves, playing pool. Very Unlikely, I would try and pick up the girls watching, smooth talk them into a game of pool using obvious negs, then obviously lead to kino and get into it making it obvious that your interested and your set.

The hard part is always the introduction, make yourselves gods in the area, and even start peacocking, and you should be fine.

But I really like the idea, its not amazing and could use a little touching up though.

Seriously, what is it with new guys putting so much emphasis on the approach? The pool hall I used to frequent was full of girls and they were always up for playing doubles and stuff. Doesn't matter if they're coin operated tables or you pay by the hour, just tell them to come join you when they finish their game or whatever. If there are 2 girls, play doubles and have a girl on each side, if there's a group of them and only one wants to join you then play her by yourself and let your friend join their group. It's not hard.

being new myself I would assume its still a case of approach anxiety, some people are just not comfortable with walking up and initiating a convo so they look to openers as a sort of fail safe or safety blanket because if it doesnt work they can say "it was a bad opener" where as if it works they got bragging rights to having a terrific opener for a a situation
