I just joined this gym, and i started talking to the girl that sells the drinks at the stand inside, we build rapport, i neg her about her job and her skills at it, and she just says "i'm a bitch, if you start working here, everybody will tell you to stay away from me because im such a bitch"... my responses was "great, my favorite type, i've been told im an asshole so we should be fine" and then i got my drink, payed and left.... HOW THE FUCK do you get around that line she told me? I can't fucking take it, i know theres a way to flip the script on her and pick her up but can ANYONE with some skills in the field help me out? please? i just wanna get her number for the sake of feeling good knowing i can pick her up, so someone please drop me a line or something on how to get around that "im a bitch" line

Well, first off, you shouldn't have said you would get along with her, because you're indicating interest right off the bat there, it's like saying, "hey, i wanna date you like all the other guys in this gym."

If you wanna keep playing what you've started, next time you see her try this one:

You: "Hey, so i applied for a job here"
Her: "Really?"
You: "Yeah I even spoke with the manager."
Her: "What did he say?"
You: "He said he didn't hire assholes"

Mix it up however you want and let me know how it works.

And don't look at yourself in the mirror while you work out.

What you should have said:

Girl - "Blah blah blah, I'm a bitch" (whatever she said)
You - "Oh, well what a shame, I only go for the innocent ones"

Walk away. Continue gaming her the next day.

where will this lead? doesn't seem like it's going anywhere but i will give it a shot non the less, i just got turned down for a number that i tried to get AFC style and it was an old friend of mine on top of that, so the rejection was horrible, i did it true AFC style and now im going into the gym to redeem myself, im gonna fucking get this bitch's number, im gonna get a good workout and im gonna try that line you just told me, we'll see, hope for the best and expect only the best

Dude try looking at the big environmental picture. If she has any friends that workout there you can game them and build some rapport. If the "bitch" has an actual "nice friend" play nice guy to her. And if you ever see the "bitch" and the "friend" together you can walk up to the "bitch" and say:
"Hey you liar, you can't claim to be a bitch if you're good friends with a nice girl like her." -call her out. Neg her with a smile. Have fun
