I just recently moved to las vegas into a new apartment complex, and the girl that works at the front office is a total HB.
ive seen her a few times when i'm at the office, and always says hi to her, but it seems that's about it.

any advice on how I can talk to her???

im not really sure if she would be a "hired gun" was she really hired to look good at the front desk like a bartender, and a host or a dancer.... not really. I think the best time to approach her and do a fun opener would be when she is getting off work, or when you know someone will not come in and ask some stupid ass question and kill it for you. (3 min. rule) keep an eye out, don't be a weirdo stalker but you know what i mean. I can't think of a great approach opening idea off the top of my head, but you could try something along the lines of a question about the complex that could then lead into her opening up to you, and then you could get more of a personal chat in. again i have only though about that idea for like two seconds, she is your chick think of your own sweet way to seal the deal.

Hired guns are any people who are paid to interact with customers for their company. They don't have to be hired for their looks. Part of her job is to be friendly to her company's customers, and so, as with any hired gun, you have to figure out if the IOIs are real or not.
