Ok, so i'm 22, a pre-med student at a GREAT school, and not to sound conceeded, but I have been told i'm very very goodlooking and have a nice athletic body. The problem is, I lack self confidence because my older sister was always an asshole to me when I was growing up and told me i'm ugly and all this stuff, basically shattering my confidence from age 1. People have told me a should be a model/actor because of my looks, and i've finally come around to realize i'm a desireable looking guy for women (I actually get looks from girls almost everywhere I go). BUT, I was never taught how to pick up women from my father (who was always away on business) and have never tried to game multiple girls at all times. Also, I'm a mix, half asian and half white and lived in an all white and rich neighborhood growing up so I was always the kid who looked different, so I felt like no girls would ever want me. Luckly, i'm over most of this now that i'm more mature and older.

This isnt to say I've never been with women, I've had a 3 girlfriends and obviously had sex with them many times, but I WANT TO BE A PUA. I want and need way more women in my life!!!!!! (I actually haven't been laid in a year).

Ok now that you have some background on me, down to what I need. I am basically really shy and never approach girls I dont know (which i know i need to start doing). I would love for someone PUAson here to take me under their wing and show me what I need to know. I'm not hopeless, like I said, but need major help to be improve my lovelife. I'm not hopelessly shy, and I can keep a good convo going with girls, but the more I read here, I am more of a AFC and the only way I'm getting a girl every now and then is because I am an attractive guy, not because I'm good at picking up.

Sorry this is a bit long, I appreciate whoever has read into this and is willing to help. Please reply with the basics or whatever I need to pick up some girls RIGHT NOW. --I'm in Hawaii right now with my family and there are HBs everywhere that need to be picked up, then i'm going to Vegas this friday and you all know there are HBs everywhere there as well. Also, I'm more that willing to go into the field and try all this out, so don't feel like you are wasting your time, I'm READY AND WILLING!!!

i know how you feel ! if your not ugly you should use that to block out all the negative thoughts bro. ive been doing this for a while. the next thing you need to do is pick up a copy of the mystrey method. it works once you just get that confidence .

Confidence comes with success. Get out there and start talking to EVERYONE. Push your comfort zone whenever possible, and don't let yourself rationalize your way out of it. Use the 3-second rule (i.e., approach quickly after identifying someone you want to meet).

Once your comfortable talking to women in general, then you are in a very good situation to begin working on seduction.

Why don't you do this, I'm hoping you are in the Los Angeles Area, because I wouldn't mind doing it with you.

Go out and get ready and almost expect to get shut down, go in with NO EXPECTATIONS. Approach like its nobody's buisiness. Yeah, you're gonna get shut down, laughed at, but you know what you can see what works and what doesn't.

I think it's a great idea for you to find someone in your area and sarge it up. Good luck with that.
