I think your looking into this too much man,

maybe your always telling her your busy etc and shes put out by it?
or maybe she just doesnt want to disturb you,
could be a number of reasons but the only way you can find out is judge her body language.

or she's trying to game you by acting as if you not going isn't a big deal. just like you would do if she turned down your offer.
