Hey guys, I've heard from the community that to increase your confidence you need to have more success with woman... I see some guys in the community who exuberate confidence, and non-neediness.
So for those guys who had the average AFC confidence...and went to higher confidence, what methods/tricks... did you use to get there?

You will also be able to control it to fit certain situations!
