Why so serious?

 Post subject: Why so serious?

Hi guys,

After reading in several sources (From Dale Carnegie to Style) about the importance of smiling I started to practice this on the street with overal good results. I wasn't used to smile a lot (or at all) so my face hurts a bit after smiling for a while.
Do you have any tips or tricks for having a good smile without feeling face pain?
Please share all your smile related knowledge with this GPUA .

Don't force it! Have a positive attitude within yourself, and you won't even notice that you are smiling. having a good vibe and a great attitude gives you the feeling of just that. Greatness. Then, by doing this, you don't have to worry or think about smiling, and believe it or not, you won't even feel pain.
