This night I went out with a girl. We went clubbing, we danced we talked and there was not so many sexual tension, but attraction there was. I brought her home, she told me she had to wake up early the next morning so I was not sure if she was going to let me in. When we arrived at her door I asked her if I could use her toilet... no problem and I was inside. She opened up her room door and I looked in her room very quickly and went to the toilet, after a came back I was standing in the kitchen with her and told her I had to go home (hoping she was gonna let me stay a little longer). She agreed and we said goodbye.

So here is my question to you all. How could I extend my visit smoothly and get into a position where I could close her?

p.s. she asked me to give her a miscall when i arrived home safely. Is this an IOI or a sign that im in the friendship zone?

Though I'm new, I'd definitely say the call when you get home is an IOI, I've seen it used as that before.

as for how to prolong your stay in her apartment, my best guess would be to comment on something in her place first and take it from there. example: if she has a cool poster over her bed I would go lean on her bed, point at the poster, and comment on why it's interesting or weird. when that mini convo is over comment on how comfortable/uncomfortable her bed feels. that may just lead to both of you on the bed

Ok, normally when I get a girl home or come to her apartment I have kissed her before, that relieves a lot of tension, you don't have to make out with her, just a peck on the lips can sometimes be enough to make the situation more comfortable.
Anyway since this wasn't the situation here is what you should do..
Asking to use the bathroom is not bad, if you would just have asked "can I come up" that can come out totally wrong, a line like that needs more practice.
Anyway, as you are in the apartment you can't fuck around, you need to act, escalate the attraction.
Sit down on her couch, ask her to sit down with you, ask it with confidence but don't command her. If she tells you to leave at this point I recommend that you do, until you are a more experienced PUA, by leaving you may still have a chance later on.
Ok, so if she sits down with you, start the kino, anyway will do, just don't go too fast, start by holding her hands or rubbing her shoulders. Then (again until you have more experience) I recommend you to pull some routine either a kino routine, or a routine that will just help you connect, Like the cube of five question game, something to get her interest and make her laugh, make her comfortable!
As soon as she feels comfortable sitting next to you on the couch, keep escalating the attraction and the kino and the rest of the pieces will fall into place.

No as you improve and become a better PUA your tactics will change, but this is an easy enough place to begin and in my experience it works.
