i added my friends, friend back a while ago and i messaged hey saying "hey whats up =)" she didnt respond, now im thinking should i re-message or when shes online hit her up with a chat giving an opiniated question like " who do you think cheats more girls or guys" thanks

there is alot of reasons why she diddent answer. for example. her inbox might be spammed with mail and she diddent see your mail.

Use a better opener that fits online chats such as.
