Im going to keep this short and to the point. I have been gaming this girl for about a week or two now, I recently found at that she likes me however "doesn't want a relationship". She said that it's because we don't live close enough to each other. Now keep in mind this was passed onto me by a third party. As I see it I have three options, 1. Pretend I don't know she said that and ignore what she said, possibly see where our relationship goes 2. confront her about it and tell her how I feel (I would prefer a relationship) 3. cut all ties and move on.

basically in your opinion, is it pointless going on with this if I want something more out of the relationship? or do you think I should give it more of a chance to evolve and see if I can sway her decision?

Dude, do not mess this up. It's a perfect opportunity to create a fuck buddy. I mean she already communicated to you that she doesn't want a boyfriend. If she keeps flirting with you and all, kino escalate, make her laugh, build comfort, and your in. Keep this up for a while to.
