Well considering sex is an aerobic exercise (using oxygen/air to create energy as opposed to anaerobic), you need to start doing some cardio! IMO stamina in the bedroom is a combination of both aerobic and anaerobic but MOSTLY aerobic (depends if you're picking her up in mid air while going at it, throwing her around the bedroom etc).
Do five 100 meter sprints say 4 times a week. This is good HIIT (high intensive interval training) and gets your heart rate up...just like in the bedroom...but a f*ck load higher! It also increases your metabolism for a good few hours after the sprints so you'll become a walking fat burning machine for a little while after. (one of the beauties of HIIT). You basically want to focus on keeping your heart rate really high for long periods of time as well as learning to control your heart rate through breathing (can search the net for basics on how to breathe when doing HIIT).
Eat your carbohydrates (banana is perfect) before each 'session' in the bedroom.
(also eat a banana before your sprints while exercising)
You want to become cardio fit and no diet will do this for you alone, you need to put the exercise in, and put it in hard. Then overall stick to a good all round diet as you say.
Im not sure of your physique currently but after a month of the above your body fat % would have also dropped too (if youre eating right) which can only be a good thing.

and typically have very little sexual drive, so any ideas on how to bost my libido and be able to not get exhausted.
Just wanted to comment on the above, these are 2 separate issues which need addressing, I have only addressed the 'not getting exhausted' part. Libido is a completely different subject all on its own.
Hope this helps, enjoy the marathon sessions mate
ps. when I am sexually active with a girl...my libido automatically increases and its on my brain 24/7 for the next few days thinking about everything that was done. So make your first session wild, experimental and unforgettable...this will probably help boost your drive for the next few.
