for simple teasing, I like how Juggler states it. Teasing is saying something mean, but meaning it nice. Juggler says "I hate you" a lot. It's all in delivery. One I used was I was talking to a girl and we started talking about TV. We had "The Office" in common, and she said her favorite character was Jim. I said "See, we'd never get along, I'm a Dwight guy". Shit like that.

Ball busting, David DeAngelo has this corned. His materials are expensive, and his eBook doesn't go very far in to it. Some of his newsletters have good info about busting balls. But usually, instead of being C&F, I usually just respond to poor behavior by walking away. They'll generally come looking for me 50% of the time.
