K so here it is, me and this girl who i worked with at the time dated for about 6 months a couple of years ago. She broke up with me, sayin that we were at different points in our lives n that in a couple of years we should hook up again(i was 20 she was 17). Anyways, we stayed pretty close and she went from boyfriend to boyfriend, nothing serious, then was single for a long while and we started talking again about a year ago. We hung out a few times, nothing physical but tons of chemestry, just had a great time ya kno. Then she invites me over to help her cook dinner for her family on valentines day, i figured she was gettin ready to ask me out but instead about twenty minutes after we started cookin she says " ooo ooo ooo guess what" i say what and she goes " I have a boyfriend, Matt asked me out yesterday". I literally felt my heart rip in half right there ( I have to point out that this girl was the first girl i ever really loved). I left in a huff and we didnt talk again for a while. She quit work and moved about twenty minute drive from me so i thoguth i could get her off my mind. Then about a month ago she starts textin me out of the blue n invites me out to the bar for drinks wit her n her friends. Me being a fuckin idiot accepts because im still nuts about this girl, so i show up to the bar with my buddy and we are just havin a great night, shes drunk and all over me(she still has a boyfriend at this point and she intentionally didnt tell him where she was going or who she was going with). Night goes on, ive had about as much as i can take of trying not to kiss her, so i go outside for a smoke and what do u kno, she follows me outside, sits on my lap and starts pourin her heart out to me. She is tellin me how breakin up with me was a mistake and how she wishes she gave me more time, that she was just immature and stupid for breakin up with me. She also told me that the next couple boyfriends she had were just there to make me jealous (she even lied about havin a fuck buddy cuz i never F-Closed). Anyway the next day she claimed she didnt remember any of it, n i had promised her the night b4 that i wouldnt tell her anything she said or did. That was the last time i talked to her until she randomly messages me on facebook today and says " oh i was thinking about you today on my way home".
This girl just brings out the AFC in me, i cant seem to game her, shes just in my head and I dont know what to do. Please help guys! Thanks

From the sounds of it, you're oneitised, and still remain strongly pair bonded to her whenever she shows up in your life. You've most likely linked the feelings of love to her so that when she does show up, you feel the emotions intensify, kind of like an NLP anchor of sorts.
It's really up to you where you go from here, it's a difficult situation for anyone, but I would suggest going and meeting a few other girls and realising this girl isn't THAT special (she may still remain special to you), and open up the ability to game her.

If it was you who dumped her, then remain in her life as a friend. If she dumps you, foeget her - get her out of your life forever, and never come back.

Everyone is right sounds like oneitis, not to mention at least you realised you were being an AFC-most people don't:
The hardest part is still having feelings for that person, but you should move on and it gets easier I broke up with a girl I was with for two years because we were going to different Universities that were ages away and I swear I loved her-looking back now I realise I was young and naive (in other words you will meet someone, it is clear there is not much potential and she is playing mind games and it is fucking with you!).
