which course do you reckon is most useful for a beginner(esp inner game)?

i was thinking transformations.

Any other suggestions for beginner courses that can be studied at home?

As a beginner i also ways enjoyed Mystery Method, The Game, and Magic Bullets. They just offered so much under one book.

If you are looking for more social stuff such as everyday relationships and work. this guys stuff is pretty damn good.

I really doubt that RSD would be the place to go for inner-game help.

HAHHAHAHAHA... you're really fun, you know that?

RSD are all about innergame. Foundations is really good to begin with. After you have watched it.. you can easily go out a year and improve your game untill you watch the next material.
