I can look in the mirror I can act the way that I know I would be getting a lot of girls, but when I am around girls I feel so shy and self conscious... It seems like it is so easy to get ugly girls to like you because I don't want ugly girls, but as soon as I am around a girl that is hot I am shy as hell. What do I do to stop being so shy and self conscious and just talk to girls how I can talk to the mirror?

Go to the mall and talk to every girl you see, just say hi or something so you get comfortable talking to girls. Thats what i did and it worked for me.
