While your question is asking how do you kino, there are a couple of ways of doing so in a car.

Normally, just make a sharp turn and when you do that, put your hand on her legs, as a "safety precaution". Kinda like what your mom( at least my mom would do), would her hand on me just to make sure I was safe..

Its a nice thing and if you can always play off and get away with it.

A really cool thing is getting a car wash, and while your there just ask her she is every kissed a guy while getting a car wash... Play it off as something fun, and 9/10 they will be down...
