1. I was wondering what it means when you walk past a girl in the street or any other public place and she gives you a 2 second stare and then looks down as she passes you by. I'm trying to cold read, it seems MOST women do this when passing by. Anything one can look for as an IOI? I know normally a longer stare is a big IOI...but MOST women seem to look me in the eye for a second or 2 and then look down.
2. Ive just moved house into a block of apartments and to my amazement the place is packed with women. I would say the ratio of residents are about 80/20 women to men. Anyway so I am passing them ALL the time when going to under ground parking etc. and in the public area's of the block... in the morning and evening they are all over the place. Most seem very unfriendly though! When they see me coming from a far (say 30 meters) they will look at me but then drop their head while theyre passing me. My body language is good...I have studied and applied good posture and form so I dont think its my body language thats causing them to do this, is this just what women do? Its quite a kwerky/snobby block of apartments so many of them are good lookers so definitely alot of bitch shields around.
When I moved in I thought the newbie mission (saying hi to everyone as you pass) would be good to instill a bit of friendlyness and to let them know that I am now living in the block. Then next time I see them spark up convo, who knows invite them over for 'house warming drinks', perfect. However they seem very unapproachable.
Anything I can look out for (ie. my question no. 1 above) and what is the best way to get attention from these chicks aside from walking blatently up to them in the car park? I was also thinking that I kinda have it easy as my approach is already rooted...i could walk up introduce myself and say that I have just moved in and wanted to meet a fellow neightbour. I better do this soon though before ive been living there too long as I wont be able to use that one anymore!
What do you think? (sorry for the long winded question)
