It seems to me that most of the techniques described on this site are designed to allow somebody to get a lot of girls in a short period of time. I would liken it to a shotgun that hits several targets to varying degrees all at once.

My personal goals would be more like a sniper rifle, to hit one target very hard. I don't feel like this is a case of one-itis because I'm not stuck on a particular girl but I want a committed relationship with just one girl and I feel a lot of the techniques here run counter to that goal.

My main question would be, how would one modify the techniques described here with that goal in mind? Does it change drastically? Or is the open the same regardless and what changes is what comes later which is most likely beyond the scope of this site?

Same things goes for both ons and long-term relationships.

Only thing that differs is that after you closed a girl you start doing things leaning into relationships more then just a FB.
