Hey, guys.

I'm trying to get a handle on Hoop Theory. I've run a search of the forum on the subject and read what's out there and I still have questions.

First of all, I'm still not entirely sure what a hoop is. Is it a compliance test? Is a hoop just a compliance test the woman give you? Is a hoop the same as a shit test?

More importantly, though, how do I tell if something is a hoop or not? The point has been made that you can't treat every question she asks you or request she makes like it's a hoop, but how do you tell a hoop from an innocent question/ comment/request?
