if you have talked to this chick a lot before, just ask her what her summer plans are, feel her out, then tell her you got some things going on and she should come out.
if u are good at flirting, play on the potential long absence before u can see her again since u just got to meet her and how you should change that. say this in the lightest way possible, no sarcasm, no seriousness, but in a way where she laughs. if u are bad at flirting or dont have the right confidence, dont do this bc it will probably come off wrong.
if she knows ur schedule, just walk out with her anyway but use that as the open like "i got some stuff this summer, you should come, what are you up to, etc. .... " few girls turn down invitations, plus, she will prob give u her number then.
then just leave it at that for now, she will be curious why u went a little out of your way to ask her, and it will plant the right seeds for you to make moves later.
or, you could just run up to her and be like "yoooo baby how do you like this 80 degree weather!!" jk about that
