Maxxim has a good point, stylelife does help with AA (i have the book and it kind of takes small steps on approaching and focuses on getting your innergame sorted before you approached) i have to say when i was doing the missions for that i had little AA
i am experiencing the same feeling SPAM tho, i am approaching alot less often and not improving my game n overcoming stickys because of this. so i have been giving myself missions, i.e opening on a bus, or today i will at least open 3 sets.
i realised that every approach i didnt make, i hated myself for not doing it, which then fooks wi ya inner game, thus effecting your outer game. there are alot of theories where AA comes from, some say its evolutionary and helped survival thousands of years back, some others say its due to the expectation of being rejected and has somthing to do with previous experience.
i think its a bit of both, at the end of the day it is a fear, and any fear can be overcome.
i realsied it was a much beter feeling actualy approaching, rather than not, even if i crashed and burned i still felt good about the fact that i approached. the only way to conqour a fear is to face it head on, just plow through it, use the 3 second rule. the more you approach, the faster you will overcome AA
