20 questions. This is great for building sexual tension because you can ask crazy questions that get her in a sexual state of mind.
Thumb war: Tell her you're the best and no one can beat you. You get kino, you kick her ass. If she wins you neg her and say you only lost because of her weird alien thumbs!
You could even play Simon says if you want...
