Some of it works. Some of it doesn't. Field test it for yourself, and see what fits. Me, I love how cheesy most of it is.

It has some good things, the kiss thing, his confidence. It's a natural kind of game I think, but it's a movie, I would find very difficult to make a day 2 date with two jet ski, and all that stuff.

Then you're not trying hard enough.

It doesn't have to be a jetski - it has to be something fun and different.

The underlying message of the jetskis was don't take her for coffee, don't take her to a dinner & movie... do something original. I think this this forum has a Day2 section - if not, use your googling power.

Quick things I made up:
- take her for a day at the horse races. Tell her she has to get dressed up (girls love dressing up) and wear a big fancy hat. You also make yourself look stylish and bring a pair of binoculars that you attach around your neck. Everytime she wants to use them she'll have to lean in to you.
- If she's into a sport and LOVES the local sporting team, go to a game with her, but make her wear the opposing team's jersey and cheer for the "wrong" team the whole game (this works particularly well if it's against a team you support - you can swap jerseys essentially)
- Take her indoor rock climbing. That's always fun.
- Find a "segway tours" company, if there's one in your local city. Segways are freaking awesome.

The rest, come up with on your own.
