Great night , me and my wing man JC we went out to the club in Frisco. Damn the place where poping alot HB's there.
Anyway get to the poing:

I talk to several HB, but there is one particular HB 9 I use the opener worked great, the routines worked great, routines I used was Handshake, works really really well, and KINO her face.

But the problem is that some how I fell like there is so much silent mode in between each Sarging steps. I dont know what is the next step after the rountine, and How can I close the deal, to turn the conversation around so that HB will be talking to me back, Not fell like I am picking them up.

Let me tell you that open ended questions are just great to make girls talk, ask her where do you work/study, do you like it. stuff like that, ask a few questions and when she answers you can think on whats next.

If you feel silence, talk about your best adventure. and how to close the deal, their isn't that much science in their you can use DD line or a MM line or use this

On top of X's stuff, try and use statements instead of questions, so she doesn't feel like it's an interrogation or something. For example, instead of asking 'Do you like this club?', you could say 'This clubs pretty sick hey, it's usually got a good SPAM and has some cool bands playing!'. From there, she can either agree, disagree, ooorr not say anything...

And with your question, what to do when you run out of routines, well as Mystery (I think, or Style) said, openers and routines are basically training wheels for conversations. So once you've used a few, try going into some personal conversations about things you are interested in.
