Firstly if you don't know who this girl is, it's likely that she doesn't remember you either. If you haven't developed any comfort or built rapport then I don't think she's going to build attraction with your flirting on the text messages.

As useful as text game can be at times, I don't think it's useful with someone you've barely got to know in my experience. I'd try to avoid getting into a conversation using texts, if you can say it, call her. Use texts as a little filler in the days to make her grin/smile when she reads your cocky, witty, funny message.
