If you're not sure I would not risk it, it's harder to find a good living situation than a HB, unless you're confident she likes you and is easy going.

Dude, this is a perfect situation, befriend her, treat her with respect, and enjoy her company. Your just going out with her will raise your social value around any other women at the club! It's a win win situation, she gets a guy that isn't trying to fuck her and wants to hang out, you get a friend that helps you get laid and you'll learn a lot of stuff about women. I'm sure she will give you plenty of advice and be grateful for a guy friend she can confide in.

While everything they've said above is true, about avoiding that situations due to the ramifications, your lust will get the best of you.

Sexually joking is always a good way to determine how comfortable sexually they are. throw in inuendos every now and then, jokingly of course, and see how she reacts. If positively, it will actually get her thinking about you sexually. all the "what if's" will start running through her head.

Don't put ANY pressure on the situation, once she knows your available, due to the joking, she'll probably start throwing IOI's your way, that is of course considering that she's attracted to you.
