Often when im out with friends sarging when get pretty wasted. The problem is i will get a HB's number but my memory the next day is often not the best, so i will have forgotten what she looks like. This is made worse as i often get more than one HB's number.
I will text the HB over the next week and often get a fair bit of interest, but issues arise when she is keen to meet up as i cant remember what she looks like.

What's the best way to try and get a HB's picture via a text message?
Often I might have had a text conversation over 5 messages so the comfort is there.

Why don't you just ask her to make a funny face while you take a photo, and tell her it's for the picture caller id on your phone, so you will laugh ever time she calls you. If you've already done some silly and random things thus far, she won't think this is weird at all.
