I've got low experience with girls in general, to make that clear. I'll be as short as I can, but please help me out here and give your thoughts figuring out what's going through their head and what this "retarded" IOI means.
Now this...thing... has happened to me on 2 occasions.
1. Years ago..
A girl that I was hitting on me for like 2 months straight. We'd been on several "dates", meaning hanging out with her sister and her boyfriend(lifetime friend of mine), sort of double date, not that I realized they were trying to hook us up or that she was praying for me to make moves until like recently. She's given me a million IOIs in retrospect, not that I took action, she'd usually grab my arm and put it around her, hold hands with interlaced fingers while watching movie and caress my hand blablabla, etc, I never really projected interest in her because I was WBAFC and totally insecure about everything about myself and made excuses to be a wuss all the time in my head. One time, 4 of us were watcing some movie at my friend's apartment.
The point: Her body facing me, like laying on her side, she unbuttons her jeans exposing her panties and like holds her hand down there, slightly above the clit. She'd move it around a little, gently massage kinda. She didn't look directly at me. I was thinking "WTF" the whole time, then excuse myself to the bathroom because I didn't know what the hell she was trying to do or what this meant and I got uncomfortable. The thing went on for 5-10 minutes before I left. The other two couldn't have seen her doing this by the way, so it was just to me, not that I could do anything there and then anyway I guess. When I returned, her jeans were zipped up/rebuttoned. Afterwards it was like nothing happened etc.
2. Recently...
A girl I know HAS been very attracted to me (but who now is repulsed because I've done some very weird stuff) does almost the same thing. She'd been giving me a mix of IOIs and IODs recent to when this happened.
A bunch of friends were watching TV or whatever, some movie. She wasn't facing me since she was sitting in a leanchair in front of me. Now the room is pretty packed with people but only me sitting behind her and another dude could spot this. She unbuttons her pants all the way and maintains her hand some inches above her clit.
Bottom line
Girls are doing this in situations where my hands are tied. So. Why they do this ? Do they get really hot and need air there ? It's random ? It's a last cry for seduction ? They want to show they're sexual ? They're teasing?
In both cases I've perceived their general body language as rather needy.
What the hell are they thinking?
