hey i need help on an opener for when a woman is waiting for a drink @ the bar

any pointers or tips for an "AFC"....lol

Try the openers sub-forum to find such material.

Aside from that, don't go thinking you need an opener to speak to a girl. Saying Hi will work just as well as a good opener, probably better. Nothing against openers or anything, just don't rely on canned material in excess.

Just a word of caution:

In my experience (and Mystery agrees) it is usually NOT a great idea to open a woman waiting for a drink. You are almost guaranteed an interrupt which will give her an excuse to ignore you if she wants. Mystery says the only time he will break the 3 second rule is if he thinks the 3 minute rule (an interrupt within the first 3 minutes) will be broken.

Much better to open an adjacent set and wait for her to finish at the bar.
