can anyone define what a strong frame consists of and how to keep it up?

Wow, that is a good question to which is hard to give an answer. Your frame or "mental frame" is pretty much how you view yourself and the world around you. When you build this up it helps you deflect shit tests and protection shields (aka bitch shields).

With a good strong mental frame things just roll off of you. Nothing really affects you. As Zip describes it in one of her posts you have a "Semi-Permeable Membrane" some things come in but you choose what comes in. It's like giving a shit, without giving a F--K!

The way you build this up is doing things to improve yourself mostly and strengthen your inner game. Things like getting a haircut, whitening teeth, loosing weight, getting in shape, and other things for yourself can help this.

As a quick example of someone who has a weaker frame. Ever seen someone walk out to their car and there battery is dead or they have a flat tire. You see them over there cussing and carrying on? Okay, they have a weaker frame.

Someone with a stronger frame goes to their car sees the flat tire. Doesn't say anything under their breath. They just keep smiling and open the trunk to get the spare. It's like it didn't even affect them.
