Complete rookie here guys and I was just wanted your advice on where I should begin.

Background:
For starters, I have a really bad approach anxiety and even if I ever get to start talking to a girl, I have trouble building attraction and/or number closing or something with her. My only experience of how a PUA works is that I've read many threads, but these only add to my confusion =(
I have NO idea what A1-A3 or what not means and these acronyms also adds to the confusion lol.

So i wanted to get a good start by reading some books. I was thinking about purchasing a few eBooks, but wanted your expert advices on what books i should start. So far I've read part of magic bullets because I read somewhere that it was a good book to start with. Where should I go from here?

I was also wondering about how you guys heard of these seminars that juggler or other PUA's hold. I'd like to attend a seminar or some sort of convention of some sort.

sorry for the retard-ism lol

i would've suggested that you read Mystery's venusian arts handbook first before magic bullets... magic bullets is kinda based on the mystery method.
so yeah, i'd say the venusian arts handbook will be a good place to start.
check the stickies in this forum - there's a lot of advice for guys who're just starting out there.
and as for your AA... http://www.smashapproachanxiety.com/

good luck man

Are you in the States or Europe? It's my belief that Natural game is the better way to go. So do some research, look at all the different companies "free" samples on their websites. When you find a company that you like the style of, contact them. Speak to the guys, explain that you have severe AA (We ALL had it when we start! ) and you're new to PU. They ought to be able to recommend some form of training. Probably a Bootcamp as opposed to a Seminar. As they tend to force you to get out there and approach, whereas Seminars can be a lot of theory.

Regarding eBooks. Don't get too hung up on having a ton of material. The BEST way to get good is to read a little, then get out there and try it. And then think about each interaction as a learning experience. So over time you'll get better. And be able to refine your technique, in ways that are useful to YOUR character.

I can't agree more with RR!

Regardless of what area of expertise, the absolute biggest mistake that most beginners make is jumping from program to program and becoming "experts" at theory and remaining absolutely inept at application.

For instance, anyone who has ever been in a gym has seen loads of guys that switch their programs up every week or even every day, never giving their bodies a chance to make any improvements. If you're skinny, any program will get you bigger, just like any program will get a fat guy leaner. Sure, some may be better than others, but for the beginner, the best program is the one that he gives a chance to work!

In the beginning, just get into the habit of practicing your new-found hobby, be it fitness, a new business or gaming chicks. After you've gotten some experience, start looking into other programs that will build up your strengths and eliminate your weaknesses, but in the beginning, you won't have any feedback to determine either.

In terms of gaming chicks, get a concept to open them (direct, indirect, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH ONE!!) and GO OUT AND USE IT!

After you've made it a habit to start conversations with people (especially, but not just chicks) your AA won't be so severe and you can concentrate on transitions, etc., but don't get so overwhelmed with information that you never even start.

its not about AA, but its more about not knowing what to say. I dont need the materials such as "canned" openers, but i'm looking for advice such as when to approach with situationals and etc. i'm also looking into what body languages to look for and how to notice ioi's. these things i believe would be in books that i shoudl read. any suggestions?

Seriously, get onto a bootcamp. Not cheap. But quicker, and more effective than reading loads of ebooks. You've suggested Juggler and he's very well reviewed so I would say thats a good place to start. If you MUST  get a eBook try and get one from someone that do run Bootcamps. So if you like the method in the book, you'll have a heads up when/if it comes to the BC later.

As for Canned stuff. It's a good way to start out. It gives you a basic interaction that you can hopefully build on. As with routines, you don't want to only have canned stuff. But for relative beginners they have a real use. Once you get into PU you'll naturally develop other techniques for how to extend an interaction.

The current assessment among the people I know, is that I am running the most affordable, well accredited workshops. Yeah, yeah, I know that sounds like an ego-trip, but you asked for the truth and anyone on this board can attest to the fact that that's all I ever give. Ask around and you'll find that people all across North America (I'm not talking random dudes, I'm talking big names) drop my name when students say that they are looking for something affordable. Check out my workshop thread; the link is in my signature! :)

If you're looking for something a little more high end (my workshops are great, I stand by them 100% and have even been told by students that they learned more at my workshop than at a Mystery Method workshop that is 5x the price), I'm talking real fucking serious crazy powerful shit, then the only 2 people that I know and trust well enough to recommend are Johnny Soporno and Sean Messenger. Sean is doing some AMAZING workshops called Powerful Sexual Presence/Tantra (again in my sig for the link) and I'm actually attending the level 2 workshop this weekend because level 1 was so incredible. Johnny is planning a workshop called "How to Game Pornstars" for the weekend before the AVNs in January in Vegas.

Now all the details for Johnny's workshop haven't been announced yet, although he mentioned the price he was considering was in the same range as a MM workshop. I would never recommend someone to an MM workshop. That's just not something I personally see value in. Johnny's stuff however is worth around 10k, but he isn't even going to charge a 1/3rd of that and it will literally change your fucking life! I'm gonna go! I fucking teach this shit and I'm going. It's set, it's done. I'm flying to Vegas for a week, all because of this workshop. That's my endorsement.

My ONLY request, is that if you are wise enough to take Johnny's workshop, then please, please just let him know that you heard about it from me. That's all. Aside from that, do it for yourself, don't do it for me, because this will be the best gift you can possibly give yourself as an aspiring pickup artist, natural, player, or even just a guy that is finally able to get a date. Take this workshop, it will change how you see the world, it will change how the world sees you. I can't fucking wait to see some of you guys there, cause it's going to be mindblowing and I'll even be saying a few things myself at it, as will Sean Messenger and perhaps another big name or two!
