Hello all!
Ok i'm in high school, and the art and drama students went to memphis to see mama mia. I saw this as a perfect opportunity to try out my new skills. i've never had a problem talking to beautiful women, and i used this to my advantage by approaching an HB8 and getting her to sit with me on the bus.
I'll save time by saying that I performed quite well for about three hours.
Then we went to a resturant called Rendevous or something.
Anyway I sat at the table with HB8, two HB6's, and another guy.
The two HB6's were former classmates. Ok one of the HB6's is a HUGE attention whore, and I dont really know how we ended up in the conversation but I said something to HB8 and then HB6 said,"yeah like you would know going out with a girl like *insert HB4's name here*".
At that moment I was speechless the comment was completely random, and it totally threw me off. I kinda just sat there open mouthed trying to think of a comeback, but I was drawing blanks thankfully the other guy, a friend of mine, changed the subject.
By then the damage had been done I literally saw the spark leave HB8's eyes. Later she tried to LJBF me, but I rejected it with the I already have enough friends line. She kept saying stuff like you can never have enough friends, and she really wanted to be my friend etc.
I just walked away.
Now seeing as I saw it all as one big experiment I dont really care that I lost the girl, but I dont like the fact that I could'nt come up with anything decent to say.
Ok heres a little back story last year during my afc days, I dated a not so pretty, not so popular girl mostly out of pity, but the fact is I dated her. I dated her for almost an entire year then dumped her,but obviously this is going to cause me problems. Seeing as i'm in highschool now which is basically one big social network theres a 9/10 chance this will happen again.
I need a good defense against it. I figured that saying I dated her out of pity would be a Dlv. Any ideas?
