If you got enough IOIs you should of kiss closed or obviously she was friend zoning you and you didnt rrealise. If she friend zoned you, you weren't being enough of an alpha male and you need rethink your openers and your attitude around early on.

Completely unrelated side-point: women value discretion. If you go around saying someone's into you, the girl in question will not react positively. The minute she gets with you, everyone will know.
