Honestly every time I type something out I realize how dumb I sound. Anything will help. (why do girls ask whats up on facebook when what is obviously up is that I want to hook up with her)

You're kidding, right? She just wants to know what's going on with you cos she hasn't seen you in a while. You know, you tell her some cool stuff that's been happening lately and ask what she's been up to. Common sense dude. Not everything you say to her has to have a purpose, you're allowed to have generic conversations. Play along with her poke war comment. Tease her and say you're the champion of poke wars and that you're letting her win because you feel sorry for her lack of poking skills.
