hey, tuczen here. i need to know, how many negs should i use on one hb at a time, and what should i do after neggng her?

You need to use exactly 3 and a half negs. Afterwards you should pull her hair and run away giggling. If she's like a model then you might even have to ping her bra strap. Seriously though, negs aren't even necessary but the theory is that you use one early on as a disqualifier and to take her down a peg at the same time... so, you only use one and come back to it occasionally as a form of teasing.
