Girl is new best pal

after 6 months i become mad about girl

Dont have the balls to do anything about it as I am sure she is out of my league

so... (clever idea) in order to get the girl out of my head, set her up with my best mate for years who just came out of a long relationship, and he could have done with one night stand or at least a score, so i talked him up and she was all excited to meet him

They met, they scored and now their in line for going out ( fastest relationslship i have ever seen )

Problem is now i have to see them around eachother all the time, and i feel like the third wheel, all i wanted was her out of my head and all i see is her, and her asking me questions about him all day long.

worst plan ever, she is mad about him, he is mad about her, i am even madded about her.

and its doing my nut in.


How to I fix this???- ( i really fucked this shit up) I know

Aye, that hurts. Well, it's tough to stomach, but I'd have to say there's not much you should be trying to fix here - just be happy for your best friend and take pride that you are the reason he's happy and has moved on from his LTR. Now you need to do the same yourself and move on by meeting someone else! That's probably the only way you'll be able to get her out of your head and stop looking at her like she's the one you let get away...

Sorry man, you made your bed, now you gotta sleep in it. They're happy together, so be happy that 2 people you like are happy. Trying to destroy that will only make you a bad person and you'll end up hating yourself for it. It it wasn't him, then it would be some other guy, so you should at least be happy that your buddy is with a cool girl.

Next time realise that no one is out of your league and that if you are truly interested in someone you have to give it a try. So now, instead of being upset and dwelling on this, go out and find yourself a girl, cause that'll get all this stuff out of your head. Get your buddy to ask her about setting you up with someone, or do it yourself. Good ol' double date or something.
