My friends girlfriends' friend is looking to go on a date and my friends girl said im just her type. My friend said how about a party she said no that she wanted to go on a date. She is from the rich party of town so my question is where should we go. Ihave never met her so im assuming it is best to go on a double date. So say we go to the movies( even thought i know itll put pressure on us) how can i go about introducing myself as well as not paying for her. So i had two ideas

first when i get introuduced i go
"so your the one who wanted to go on a date with me?"


paying for movie ticket
be like wait i thought u were taking me on a date?

Don't go to the movies, especially on a blind date. Go somewhere that you can actually have real interaction. Go somewhere original.

Also, the line about her paying will not come across very well. You don't have to pay for her, but don't tell her to pay for you.

where would you recommend we go on a blind date then im still not good at this thing yet...

this topic didn't seem to old to revive, and I would like some more advice for a blind date since my I might be going on one soon too. What are somethings to talk about when the convo goes stale, and especially when I first meet her.
