A friend and I had been in the store for about 10 min looking for something to use my giftcard on (because i do not really like anything in american eagle) when he pointed out two girls entering the store. First was the HB 8 followed by an HB 9. They were together and walked directly to the clothes rack next to ours. Hypnotik- This might sound kind of weird but i have been in here for about 30 minutes trying to find something to blow this giftcard on and i'm not expecting to have any luck, So I'm going to let you pick anything in the store $30 and under that you think would look good on me and i will get it.

Hypnotik and friend follow HB9 to a womans clothing store where things get kinda awkward when her friend doesnt even say a word when i tell HB8 that i was just kidding and that i would never tell a girl that looked as good as her to go away unless i was joking.

HB8- (to HB9) lets go to this store *starts walking out without even noticing us*

Hypnotik- *tired of following people and the bitch HB8* i think we are going to go somewhere else*

HB8- Cya *grabs HB9 and pulls her out of the store*

Hypnotik and friend are just kind of like whatever fuck it, but as they were leaving we saw them again and HB 9 waves and smiles.

Hypnotik- So you are just gonna leave without saying anything? Alright thats cool *laughing*

HB9- well we are about to go to BLAH BLAH to do some more shopping. *While struggling to keep up with anxious to leave HB8*


No close, but didnt consider it a crash and burn. Thought about it later and convinced myself that it was an advanced PUA situation and i will have it in time.

I know how AL can feel like a target empty place. You got an IOI and went with it. You where c/f and did everything right up until you wanted to
'seriously' apologize. You should have had the HB9 stay and choose for you (the other girl would have wondered back eventually and you could have easily #closed). Altogether for a first attempt I am impressed!
That is a damn good opener too... you should simply never use the card but the opener again and again.
