yeah that is kind of strange, I would more worry about why she would say that.. how can you better lead the interaction to build attraction and tease and be playful... 'you probably don't have a dick' .. is a straight up hostile insult.. so you need to work on everything that led up to that.

depends on how she said it. the OP didnt say whether she said it as a joke or not so we cant assume anything.

if she said it with a smile then it was just a simple tease and you should reply back with a c&f neg, something like "in that case we're perfect for each other, i dont have one and you do!". then you cut the tread and talk about something else.

if she said it as an insult then she's basically calling you a pussy, in which case you need to work on being more alpha and assertive. it could also be regarded as a shit test in which she is trying to shake your confidence, depending on the context. just brushing it off with a smile and saying "okay darling" and then moving on will probably be the best way to recover from this situation. getting defensive is the worst thing you can do.
