I normally send a text message the day after to show that I am still interested and do not ignore her but it has to be a non-needy message.
"Hey hope you are fine after yesterdays exercise. Im a bit sore... You are dangerous. See you later!"
And then depending on her reply you can see if you want to call her within 1-3 days or not.

Posts: 215 | | yeah im headed into the mountains tonight to party and ski saturday morning, se is going to the football game so i figured i would call her on the way back after the game to see what she is doing saturday night. how does that sound?

She'll call/text to say Hi
but more often than not
It builds up doubt that you didn't feel it with her.. kinda like a push and then the text or whatever is a pull back in. But I like the excercise one a lot too. Either way I wouldn't wait over two, 3 at the very max
