Dudes, what is the strategy for waitresses ?

Got this hot little puerto rican waitress in a pretty trendy bar I saw yesterday. Played it cool with her. Was there with five friends. She saw they were all listening to me (DHV). Later I hit on some blond chick and we were going at it at the bar a bit which I think she saw (DHV?). At the end of the night I ask for the waitress' number and she says she's got a boyfriend.

Waitress game has to be just one notch below stripper game in terms of difficulty because this girl is getting hit on all day long. plus not sure if drinking a lot in front of them turns them off because when you game them later they will assume it's the alcohol and put up the defense.

what is good waitress game?
