Hello, a month ago I had a birthday party from a (male)friend and there was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, she 's 18 (NOT HER BIRTHDAY!).

So I congratulated her gave her some kisses on the cheek.
So she came to me and my friend later on and we were talking and I was giving her no attention, then i heard her say softly: "how rude just talking to eachother", still i gave her no attention.

Few minutes later she touched my arm and started asking me a question.

(1) did I do anything wrong (should i have stepped up to her and started talking to her in the first place?)

After the question I talked with some more friends and ignored her, she came up to us and talked to me some more then she said':"let's go sit on the sofa' So I did

(2) Should I have stayed because she took control and said let's go sit on the sofa?

And then we talked a little bit about school and gave her little negs
(3) is talking about school alright? (cuz I find it hard to go kino when talking 'bout school)

What should I've done, what did i do wrong and what was good?

well the first time when she said "how rude" you should of negged her right there. she already showing you IoI's so there no point of ignoring her but then play the cat-string theory. toy with her and see if you can get any more IoI's. It seem like she was gaming you at the begining. she got you to move away from everyone else and got you .Talking about school is ok but then you need to phase-shift. run some of your routine on her. and then take it from there. I beleive you would of gotten a k-close and a #-close.

He tnx for your reply but she wasn't showing interest in me before she said how rude i think (the kisses are normal if you come to a birthday) and she knew the friend I was talking with but then said rude when I was talking to my friend only

And what neg could i have used when she said: "how rude"

don't comply with her, take control and say "no, lets go __________ instead"

at parties sometimes its good to suggest going outside, if its not too cold of course.

it takes you guys away from the noise and gives you some quiet privacy, and the girls will begin to feel more connected with you when your both together alone.
